Luc Belaire Brut Gold is already a fascinating cuvée, having been created using handpicked Burgundy Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with the addition of an organic sugarcane dosage in a nod to the wines of the Roaring Twenties – known in France as the “Années folles” or crazy years. This adds wonderful structure ripe pear, peach, apricot, mango, freshly baked stollen and chalk notes. But things get even more exciting with this Fantôme edition, which features a luminescent label that glows at the press of a button. Perfect for impressing while celebrating in dark places such as nightclubs, lounges, restaurants or romantic cabins.
