This Fuzion Chenin Torrontes has a pale straw colour with a glint of green. Floral aromas with notes of violet, jasmine and citrus. Light-bodied, clean, crisp and fresh wine with soft tropical fruit flavours. Served chilled, it’s ideal as an aperitif or great accompaniment to fish dishes, salads or white meats.

Each variety fermented separately on stainless steel tanks, fermentation with selected yeasts at 14-18ºC during 18-20 days.
Grapes were hand picked during the first and last week of March.
70% Chenin Blanc, 30% Torrontes
Colour: Yellow colour with gold tones and green hues.
Aromas: White and citrus fruits. Complexity given by jasmine and roses notes.
Flavour: Soft and fresh entry with balanced and elegant finish.
