Potent bouquet of fresh ripe dark fruit like blackberry and blackcurrant, blending subtly with notes of wood and coffee bean.
Palate:
A lively attack of fresh dark fruit with notes of blackcurrant leaf, followed by structured tannins that support the flavour. Long lingering finish.
Food Pairing:
The ideal wine to drink with red meats, poultry and game, particularly grilled, roast or braised meats. Also with fine cheeses.

Can be drunk now but will mature well for 2 to 3 years.
