Hill&Dale

It’s the delicate balance between the team’s passion and the facility’s technology that allow our wines to evolve to be modern and unpretentious which are enjoyed by similarly inclined wine drinkers around the globe. Our story dates back to 2001 when the first Hill&Dale wines were made and introduced to the market. Stellenzicht, home to our wines, one of the oldest vineyards in the Stellenbosch Winelands. Stellenzicht’s legacy dates back to the pioneering history of the Cape when it was granted to the first owner, Barendt Hendrikse, as part of a much bigger farm in 1692. Created by award-winning winemaker, Guy Webber, the Hill&Dale label offers a range of accessibly styled wines. It’s in our nature to grow, make and enjoy great wines and our range consists of eight, ideal for every occasion from a summer’s braai with friends to a Sunday lunch with the family.
