In this very straight-forward article, we’ll share with you not just one, but four easy to make cocktails that you should try out!

1. Watermelon Sangria

Ingredients

How to:

  • Pour two cups of the white grape juice in a jug.
  • Add into it a bottle of Rose Wine.
  • In the same mixture, add 2 cups of cubed watermelons, followed by 2 pints of raspberries.
  • Gently stir the mixture.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours to a day.
  • Serve over ice and mix with the soda water in a 50/50 ratio.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.

2. Pineapple Mojito

Ingredients

How to:

  • Pour 4 ½ teaspoons of simple syrup in a glass. (Simple syrup is prepared by mixing equal amounts of sugar and water.)
  • Take 4 to 6 mint leaves and activate them. This is done by clapping your palms with the mints placed between them. This step is important as it helps set the refreshing minty flavours free.
  • Now place the activated mint leaves into the simple syrup solution.
  • Add 60ml of white rum in the mixture, followed by 30ml of lime juice, and ¼ cup of pineapple juice.
  • Finally, add ¼ cup of sweetened coconut water in the mixture.
  • Gently stir the mixture.
  • Garnish with lemon wheel.

3. Watermelon Lemonade

Ingredients

  • Chopped, seedless watermelons.
  • Lemon liqueur
  • Lemon juice
  • Soda water
  • Lemon wheel to garnish

How to

  • In a blender, place 5 cups of the chopped, seedless watermelons.
  • Pour in ½ cup of the lemon liqueur
  • Add in 1/3 cup of lemon juice
  • Now thoroughly blend the mixture
  • Refrigerate until chilled
  • Serve over ice in a 50/50 ratio with the soda water
  • Garnish with the lemon wheel.

4. Mango Mojito

Ingredients

How to

  • Pour 4 ½ teaspoons of the simple syrup solution in a glass.
  • Take 6 mint leaves and activate them before placing them in the glass with the simple syrup.
  • Add in 2oz of white rum, followed by 1oz of lime juice, then finally, ¼ cup of the pureed mango.
  • Gently stir the mixture.
  • Add in some ice cubes.
  • Fill the glass with the soda water. (This should be in about a 50/50 ratio.)
  • Garnish with a lime wheel.
