The Oban 14-Year Old is an Olive-gold-appearing drink. It has a rich sweetness and fruity notes of oranges, lemons and pears with a sea-salt and peaty smokiness on the nose. The body is full and rich. the palate is mouth-filling with late autumn fruits – dried fruits and honey-sweet spices; followed by a smoky malt dryness. The drink culminates with a long, smooth-sweet finish with oak-wood, dryness and a grain of salt.

3. Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban

Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban is the darkest and most intense whisky in its range of extra-matured. It’s matured for more than 10 years in American white oak casks, then transferred into specially selected ruby port pipes from the Quintas.

Tasting Notes

Quinta Ruban has a dark chocolate aroma, with tangerines and servile oranges mingling with sandalwood and walnut, preceding a spicy finish of pepper and nutmeg. Its taste of mint chocolate and walnuts envelope the palate like velvet, laying foundations for rose, Turkish delight and sweet Sevile oranges. The finish is a long-lasting, silky aftertaste that end with a dark chocolate mint.

4. Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve

Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve is a special tribute to the one who started it all, George Smith. Boasting the classic flavours of The Glenlivet, this expression has been created using the time-honoured distillation methods that George introduced ages ago.

Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve is a pale-gold appearing drink with a citrus fruit and sweet orange aromas. It bursts with zesty flavours of orange, pear and toffee apples on the palate. The finish is long, creamy and smooth.

5. Singleton of Dufftown

The Singleton of Dufftown is a gentle and smooth single malt. The malt is very popular for its polished, approachable and very-easy-to-drink character.

Tasting Notes:

Singleton of Dufftown has a rich aroma of fruits and toasted nuts. It bursts with hints of blackcurrant, brown sugar and coffee on the palate.
